2. In your return please include your complete name, billing address, date and order #, and a brief explanation.

3. You have to receive an Authorization to Return # (RMA#) from us. Write this number on top of package.

4. Any product returned must be unused, in perfect condition, original boxes, instructions of use paper, complete to ensure refund.

5. Non refundable any shipping & handling fees, gift wrap or any other charges.

6. You must pay any shipping charges. No C.O.D. deliveries.

7. You will receive a refund within 10 days in the same form of payment that you paid to purchase the products. No refunds if you don't have an RMA #.
